Stacey Yencik, originally from New Jersey, has been a resident of Lakewood Ranch for two decades. She began her career in marketing and customer service for a Manhattan-based luxury jewelry company. Later, she ventured into entrepreneurship, founding a business that specialized in marketing Florida properties for realtors through social media.

With a wealth of experience under her belt, Stacey found her calling in residential real estate driven by her passion for providing top notch service. She excels in providing a seamless experience for her clients, earning praise for her professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional communication skills throughout each transaction. Whether working with buyers or sellers, her mission is clear – to educate and leverage market data, empowering her clients to achieve their real estate goals with confidence. Fluent in Spanish, Stacey brings an invaluable layer of inclusivity and seamless communication to her real estate practice.

Beyond her real estate career, Stacey is engaged in the local community. She has contributed her time and leadership skills to the Saint Martha Catholic School Board and the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance. Currently, she serves on the finance committee of the Lakewood Ranch Chargers Soccer Club. Stacey and her husband are proud parents raising three sons in Lakewood Ranch.
